多孔方沸石球对含硫酸盐苦咸水的处理 被引量:4

摘要 从鄂尔多斯盆地白垩系采集的方沸石岩,提纯和改性后制成多孔方沸石球,用于硫酸盐水的处理,取得了明显的效果。对于100 ml起始浓度1000 mg/L的硫酸盐溶液,方沸石球较佳的水处理工艺条件为:用量2.5 g,搅拌后静置24 h,直径3 mm。对起始浓度1000 mg/L的硫酸盐溶液,方沸石球一次水处理后硫酸盐含量就低于国家标准。对于起始浓度高于1000 mg/L的硫酸盐溶液,经过几次水处理后,硫酸盐含量也低于国家标准。用过的方沸石球再生处理后活性基本恢复。这可为鄂尔多斯盆地劣质地下水的改良提供一条新途径。 Analcite rocks were collected from cretaceous system in the Ordos Basin. Porous analcite balls were prepared by the analcite rocks after purifying and modification and then were used to treat brackish water with sulphate. The experimental effect was very obvious. For treatment of 100 ml solution containing 1000 mol/L sulphate, the better technological condition with analcite balls were as followed: analcite balls 2.5 g, standing 24 h after stirring and diameter of analcite balls 3 mm. Sulphate content was less than that of national standard after water treatment one time when initial sulphate content was 1000 mol/L. Even if initial sulphate content was more than 1000 mol/ L, sulphate content was also less than that of national standard after water treatment several times. Consumed analcite balls almost recovered activity by regeneration. This provided a new and effective method to improve groundwater quality of the Ordos Basin.
