摘要
针对选矿厂铜回收率不高的问题,在不改变选厂现有优先浮选流程及设备的条件下,选择使用MT-12作为铜矿物的捕收剂,通过改变石灰添加地点和用量、提高磨矿细度、优化药剂制度,最终获得铜精矿品位19.54%、回收率75.69%;铜的回收率比现场使用Z-200捕收剂提高了7.46%。
Copper recovery was low in a concentrator at present. Under the condition of using present flotation process and equipments, with MT - 12 as copper minerals collector, changing the the adding spot and the adding dosage of lime, improving the grinding fineness and optimization of reagent system, a copper concentrate of 19.54% Cu was obtained with a recovery of 75.69%. The recovery of copper increased 7.46% than that of using Z - 200 collector.
