介绍了东风汽车公司应用工业工程取得的成果与体会，提出了在企业中推广工业工程的主要作法和进一步应用工业工程的认识。
The achievement and experience in applying IE in Dongfeng Motor Corporation are introduced. Some major methods to popularize IE in enterprises and ideas of further implementing IE are presented.
