摘要
采用聚酯二元醇与二异氰酸酯反应合成了高透明水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,探讨了影响水性聚氨酯透明性、力学性能及稳定性等的有关因素。研究发现,用芳香族聚酯二元醇与TDI/HDI反应,控制R值为1.4左右,扩链剂DMPA的加入量约为3.5%时,可获得综合性能较好的高透明性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
High-transparent water-borne of polyurethane were synthesized using polyester diols with di-isocyanates. Factors affecting storage stability, mechanical properties and transparent property were researched.The results showed that high-transparent water-borne of polyurethane latex synthesized by aromatic polyester diols with TDI/HDI had good stability, the integral pcrformances of emulsion is optimum when R value was 1.4 and the amount of extender(DMPA) was 3.5 %
