纳米TiO_2光催化降解苏丹Ⅲ的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以TiCl4为原料沸腾回流合成纳米TiO2溶胶,采用浸渍提拉法在普通玻璃片表面制备TiO2混晶薄膜,选用苏丹Ⅲ催化降解考察TiO2混晶薄膜的催化能力,探讨了锻烧温度、时间及pH对光催化降解的影响。结果表明:用pH=2.46溶胶制成的薄膜,200℃锻烧4.5 h,降解苏丹III相对较快。 Nanometer TiO2 sol was prepared by boiling reflux using TiCl4. Nanometer TiO2 films of mixed crystal were prepared by dip coating process on the normal glass substrates using Nanometer TiO2 sol as precursor. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films was evaluated by degradation of Sudan Ⅲ Effects of calcined temperature, time and pH value on the photocatalytis degradation were investigated in details. Results showed that gel thin film form sol at pH=2.46 with the calcine at 200 ℃in 4.5 h was optimum degraded rate.
