Preparation and Characterization of Nano-hydroxyapatite/Silk Fibrioin Biocomposites

摘要 文章采用水热合成法制备纯的羟基磷灰石,采用硝酸钙-丝素蛋白溶液与磷酸钠原位复合HA/SF复合材料。用TEM,IR,XRD进行表征,初步探讨复合材料的组成,形貌和结构。结果表明,制备的复合材料是粒径在20~50 nm之间的弱结晶针晶,其形貌和结晶度等与人体骨羟基磷灰石相似。 In the paper, HA was prepared by hydri-thermal synthesis. HA/SF biocomposites were prepared by coprecipitation method from SF-Ca(NO3)2 solution and Na3PO4, in the process of the reaction Silk fibroin acted as template to induce the directional growth of HA crystals. The mechanism of biomimetic synthesis of the HA was discussed and the constitute structure and morphology of HA/SF composites were studied by TEM, IR, XRD. The results indicated that the needle-like HA crystals were poody-crystallied and similar to the crystals of human bone in morphology, structure, components and size, the diameter was 20-50 nm.
