Discussion was made on the influences of the appearance property in latex paints, four factors including particle size of pigment and filler, emulsion, additives of latex paint, techniques of production were studied, and the method of control the appearance property were introduced. The better raw material selection of emulsion, pigmentand filler, additives of latex paints and correct techniques of production, the better appearance property in latex paints, the result was an important guidance for the control on quality of latex paints production.
