摘要
文章针对电镀废水分类处理的工艺特点,提出了一套实用的分布式智能控制系统方案,详细叙述了系统整体结构和控制器的硬件电路设计。实际应用结果表明,分布式系统架构的引入,极大地提高了系统的稳定性、可靠性和可扩展性,上位机强大的运算能力为高级控制算法的实现提供了一个平台。
The paper presented an applied distributed control system for electroplating wastewater treatment. The system architecture and electric circuit of distributed controller were discribed in details. Practice and experiment results showed that introduction of distributed architecture dramatically increased the system stability and flexibility. On this flatform, advanced control algorithm could be easily implemented.
