摘要
针对煤化工、橡胶再生、污水污泥及城市垃圾处理等工业过程会产生大量的H2S等恶臭气体,严重污染环境并威胁人们健康的情况,文章以硫化氢臭气为研究对象,通过浓度、pH、填料高度、循环液喷淋量、生物质积累情况等影响因素考察生物滴滤塔对硫化氢的脱臭效能。试验结果表明,该装置对硫化氢的去除效果较好,在温度25℃、气体通气量0.4 m3/h、营养盐喷淋量8.0 L/h、入口H2S浓度712.80~948.80 mg/m3、pH 6.0~7.0的情况下,去除效率达90%以上,运行过程中未出现生物质积累堵塞现象。
For coal chemical industry, rubber renewable, sewage sludge and other industrial and urban waste disposal process will generate a lot of stench gas, such as H2S, seriously polluting the environment and threaten the health of the Habitat. Study H2S through factors of concentration, pH, packing high, recycling of liquid spray, biomass accumulation in biotrickling filter tower, inspecting the hydrogen sulfide deodorization performance. As a result, temperature at 25 ℃, the nutrient sprinkling rate at 8 L/h, aeration rate at 0.4 m3/h with incoming H2S concentration at 712.80 - 948.80 mg/m^3, pH at 6.0 - 7.0, under which, the cleaning efficiency could be up to 90 %, there were not Biomass accumulation plug during the study.
