摘要 大规模定制生产模式的出现,迫使产品配置管理方法发生变化。提出了在大规模定制生产模式下以产品族为基础的产品配置管理的方法;以产品配置单元为对象,通过决策表技术实现产品变量和规则的配置。最后,通过齿轮箱配置实例验证了该方法的可行性。 The product configuration management is forced to be changed with the emergence of the mass customization mode of production. In this paper, the method of the product configuration management is proposed based on the mass customization mode of production and the product configuration modules. The configuration of the product variable and rules is realized by decision table technique. Finally, the feasibility of the method is demonstrated in the illustration of a gear box configuration.
