摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS对转子结构进行模态分析,得到了系统的固有频率和振型,从而避免工作转速达到临界转速产生共振现象。通过临界转速和振型图分析了转子的特性。该分析方法为转子临界速度的计算提供了比较完善的方法。
In this paper, the modality of rotor is analyzed by the use of the finite element software ANSYS, the intrinsic frequency and the vibration model is gotten. So it avoids the common vibration which is generated while the rotation speed is equal with the critical speed. At last, the characteristic of rotor is analyzed by critical rotation speed and vibration model. This analysis method is a better method for the calculation of the rotor critical velocity.
