摘要
提高农村教师素质,是促进城乡教育均衡发展、推进教育公平的关键。"绿色耕耘行动"是一个由北京教育学院提出并组织实施的面向京郊农村义务教育教师的大规模培训项目。本研究以之为个案,探索农村教师大规模培训的有效模式和政策机制,揭示农村教师大规模有效培训的规律和特点,为提高农村教师培训质量提供有益启示。
The improvement of rural teachers' quality is a key to the promotion of balanced development between rural and urban education and its equity. "Green Cultivating Action" is a largescale program which was posed and implemented by Beijing Institute of Education for the purpose of training rural teachers of compulsory education in the suburbs of Beijing. This case study strives to explore the effective training modes and policy mechanism and reveal its regularities and features to provide some beneficial revelations for rural teachers' training.
