摘要
介绍了一种基于RS-232-C接口标准的串口移动存储盘的制作,采用AT89C2051作为控制芯片,AT24C512作为存储芯片,给出了完整的接口电路原理图和存储盘关键程序源代码;经使用验证,该移动存储盘数据存取可靠,达到了设计要求。该方法对于仪器用移动盘的开发是一种低成本、高效策略,具有推广应用价值。
This paper introduces a kind of mobile storage disk based on the RS-232-C Interface standard, which takes AT89C2051 as control chip and AT24C512 as memory chip, and gives the full interface circuit diagram and disk storage key source code. After experiments, the storage disk is confirmed that it has the proper reliability of access data and meets the design requirements, which is used for the development of mobile disk with low-cost, high-efficiency, and promoting worth.
