摘要
基于IPC的开放式数控系统具有成本低、可靠性高、软件资源丰富和便于联网等特点。结合CK0625车床的改造对基于IPC的开放式数控系统进行了研究,阐述了IPC和运动控制器相结合的硬件结构设计、系统软件的结构设计及主机程序界面的设计。该系统被成功地应用于CK0625数控车床的改造,实现了复杂轴类零件的加工。
The opening CNC system based on IPC has low cost, high reliability, rich in Software resoumes; networking facilitation, and other features. This paper studies the opening CNC system based on IPC by the transformation of CK0625 Lathe, and explains the structural design of the hardware in combination with the IPC and motion controller and the system software structural design and mainframe interface design. The system is successfully applied to the transformation of CK0625 lathe to achieve complex shaft machining.
