d-HDDR工艺及合金元素Co对Nd_(12.5)Fe_(80.4-x)Co_xGa_(0.5)Zr_(0.1)B_(6.5)合金磁性能的影响

摘要 本文采用室温吸氢后"氢化一歧化一脱氢一再复合"(d-HDDR)工艺制备Nd12.5Fe80.4-xCoxGa0.5Zr0.1B6.5(x=0,4.0,8.0,12.0,15.0)各向异性永磁磁粉,研究了歧化氢压、歧化温度、再复合温度及合金元素Co的添加对Nd12.5Fe80.4-xCoxGa0.5Zr0.1B6.5合金磁性能的影响规律,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对磁粉的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,d-HDDR工艺制得的磁粉具有良好的磁性能,合金元素Co的添加可提高磁粉的磁性能。制得磁粉的典型性能为:Br=1.252T,jHc=768.7kA/m,(BH)max=253.4kJ/m3,DOA=0.58。 Permanent magnetic powder fabricated by d-HDDR process (Hydrogenation at room temperature-Hydrogenation-Disproportionation-Desorption-Recombination) was focused and the effects of disproportionation hydrogen pressure, disproportionation temperatures, recombination temperatures and element Co on magnetic properties of Nd12.5Fe80.4-xCoxGa0.5Zr0.1B6.5 alloys were investigated. Powder microstructure after treatment was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results indicate that .the magnet powder with good magnetic properties could be fabricated by d-HDDR process and addition of element Co. The optimum magnetic properties of the magnet powder are as follows: Br=1. 252T, jHc=768.7kA/m, (BH)max=253.4kJ/m^3 ,DOA=0. 58.
