摘要 采用软磁非晶合金FeCrMoSnPBSiC粉末作为喷涂材料,用大气等离子喷涂法在H62铜板表面制备了厚约220μm的非晶合金涂层。X射线衍射分析表明涂层中非晶含量很高,DSC分析表明非晶的晶化温度约为516℃,屏蔽效能测试表明该样品对高频电磁场和直流磁场均有良好的屏蔽效能。 A coating was prepared on H62 brass by air plasma spraying with FeCrMoSnPBSiC alloy powder. The thickness of the coating was about 220 μm. It is proved that the alloy coatings contain metal glass. DSC analysis show that the crystallization temperature of the amorphous phase is about 516℃. The results show that the electromagnetic shielding performance of the amorphous alloy coating is good for high and low frequency.
