摘要 目的研究红厚壳(Calophyllum inophyllumL.)茎叶的化学成分。方法用硅胶、SephadexLH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英甾醇(taraxasterol,1)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,2)c、lovane-2β,9-αdi-ol(3)、12-methoxyinophyllum D(4)、calophyllic acid和isocalophyllic acid(5)i、nophyllum D(6)、calo-phyllolide(7)、莽草酸(shikimic acid,8)、没食子酸(gallic acid,9)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,10)。结论化合物1和3为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of Calophyllum inophyllum L. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel and sephadex LH-20 chromatographies. The structures of the compounds isolated were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as taraxasterol (1), stigmasterol (2), clovane-2β, 9α-diol(3), 12-methoxyinophyllum D(4), calophyllic acid and isocalophyllic acid (1: 1) (5), inophyllum D (6), calophyllolide (7), shikimic acid (8), gallic acid (9) and protocatechuic acid (10) .Conclusions Compounds 1 and 3 are obtained for the first time from this genus, and compound 8 is obtained from this plant firstly.
