生脉注射液盐酸曲美他嗪联用治疗缺血性心肌病的临床观察

Shengmai hydrochloride injection of trimetazidine in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy clinical observation

目的观察生脉注射液盐酸曲美他嗪(万爽力)联用治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效。方法入选48例缺血性心肌病患者,全部为心功能不全Ⅳ级,超声心动左室射血分数(LVEF)<55%。随机分为两组,治疗组26例,在强心利尿基础上给予生脉注射液盐酸曲美他嗪联用,对照组22例,给予强心利尿治疗,疗程14d。结果治疗组心功能不全分级提高明显改善(治疗组改善21例,对照组改善12例)。超声心动LVEF升高与对照组相比明显改善[治疗组治疗前(46.7±7.2)%,治疗后(60.6±5.3)%,对照组治疗前(47.1±6.6)%,治疗后(51.0±4.7)%,P<0.05]。结论生脉注射液盐酸曲美他嗪联用治疗缺血性心肌病疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate Shengmai hydrochloride injection of trimetazidine （vasoel） in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy in the clinical efficacy. Methods Selected 48 cases of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy,all for Class IV heart failure, cardiac ultrasound left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） 〈55%, were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases for the treatment group, in strong heart diuretic given on the basis of Shengmai hydrochloride injection of tfimetazidine combined, 22 cases of the control group were given powerful diuretic therapy, the treatment for 14 days. Results The treatment group improved cardiac dysfunction grade ultrasound and echocardiography and left ventficular ejection fraction increased significantly improved compared to the control group （P〈0.05） in Tablel. 2. Conclusion Shengmai hydrochlofide injection of trimetazidine in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy exact, it is widely used.
