"党内民主是党的生命"。高校发展党内民主,对于促进党内和谐,具有重要意义。几年来,高校党内民主建设不断得以完善,但离《党章》规定的要求还有很大差距,一些因素还制约着党内民主建设,影响了党内和谐度。党的十七大对发展党内民主提出了许多新要求,高校党组织要根据自身优势,从思想上、制度上和组织上积极发展党内民主,促进党内和谐,最终实现校园和谐。

According to their own advantages, the party in colleges and universities should promote inner -party harmony by actively developing inner -party democracy in terms of ideology, system and organization and eventually realize campus harmony.
