有关山区城镇及农村地区中小学实施新音乐课程标准的思考——以福建省龙岩地区为例

摘要 我国山区城镇及农村地区中小学音乐教育存在的主要问题是:农村学校专职音乐教师严重缺乏,音乐教师学历不达标,音乐教育科研薄弱,许多学校领导不重视音乐课,音乐新教材存在着一些与实际教学不相适应的问题等。因此,应根据山区城镇及农村中小学音乐教育教学的特点,在音乐教师培养、教育管理措施、音乐教材建设、音乐课程资源开发等方面落实新音乐课程标准提出的要求。 The major problems of music education in middle and primary schools in China's rural towns and mountain areas include the scarcity of full - time music teachers, the substandard of the teacher's academic credentials, the inadequacy of scientific research on music education, the lack of sufficient attention to music lessons at the level of school leadership, and the inconformity of the new music textbook with the actual teaching situation. Therefore, the requests put forwards by the Music Curriculum Standard must be implemented in such respects as the training of music teachers, the educational management measures, the building of music textbooks, the development of the course resources, and according to the features of music teaching in the rural towns and mountain areas.
