台州产权市场的分析与思考

摘要 产权市场是地方资本市场的重要组成部分,对企业产权的有效流动、资产的有效整合和社会资源的优化配置将起到一个基础性平台的作用。从商品市场来看,台州无疑是我国改革开放的先发地区,但从产权市场发育来看,台州却比较滞后,这已经开始制约台州商品市场乃至整个区域经济和国民经济的发展。台州必须通过整合资源、接轨长三角、出台相应政策和积极发展中介机构等措施,加快台州产权市场的发展。 The property market, as an important component of local capital markets, serves as a basic plat- form for the effective flow of enterprise property, the effective integration of assets and the optimized allocation of social resources. As far as the commodity market is concerned, Taizhou is one of the earlier areas that implement the reform and opening -up policy in China. However, for the property market in Taizhou, Taizhou lags behind many other areas. This has already begun restricting the development of Taizhou commodity markets, the whole regional economy, and even the national economy. Taizhou should speed up the development of its property market by integrating its resources, connect with the Yangtze River Delta, implement corresponding policies and actively develop intermediary institutions, etc.
