构建台州高等教育服务体系,是台州经济社会发展、创业创新工作的需要,也是高等教育自身发展的需要。台州高等教育应在人才服务、科技服务、信息资源服务等三方面建构起完善的服务体系,为此,必须做到:更新思想观念,树立正确的高校社会服务观;确立制度保障,构建完善的地方高校服务机制;加强信息交流,搭建有效的高校社会服务平台;明确服务定位,提升高校自身服务能力。

It is essential to build up higher - education service system in Taizhou for the development of economy, innovation of industries and development of higher - education. Therefore, the higher - education service system should be built based on talents, technology and information. In order to get to the goal, four suggestions are proposed. The first is renewing its ideas to build correct service awareness. The second is building complete service system in local universities. The third is information communication with building an effective stage for social se-vices. The last is service positioning with enhancing self - service ability of the universities.
