摘要
血管性认知功能障碍（VCI）最初由Flicker等人提出，包括与缺血性脑血管病有关的所有各种方式和不同程度的认知功能损害。目前尚无有关VCI的病理学诊断标准，病理学资料仅可在临床诊断之后用以支持或证明疾病的存在。随着我国老龄化人员的增加，VCI不断上升。对VCI研究成为现今的重大课题。
