多序列MRI指导下尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多序列MRI指导下尿激酶(UK)静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择符合溶栓指征且已行多序列MRI检查的30例病人给予尿激酶溶栓。结果治疗6h及21d基本治愈率达22.58%、46.67%,总有效率达80%、86.67%,仅2例病人出现非症状性脑出血。结论多序列MRI指导下尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。 Objective To explore the efficiency and safety of many series MRI guided intravenous thrombolysis with UK for acute cerebral infarction. Methods Total 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were given UK after onset within 6 hours and all the cases received many series MRI scan. Results At 6h and 21d after intravenous thrombolysis , the cure rate were 16.67% and 46.67% ,the total effective rate were 80% and 86.67%. Only two patients suffered from cerebral hemorrhage, but were nonsymptomatic cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Many series MRI guided intravenous thrombolysis with UK for acute cerebral infarction is effective and safe.
