摘要
呼吸系统常见的咳喘症状多由气道高反应性(BHR)引起,BHR发病机制复杂,阐述了该病肺失宣降为标、痰瘀夹热为本的病证特点,介绍宋康教授以宣降气机、清化痰瘀、注重健脾为主的治疗特色。
Cough and pant ,the common symptoms in respiratory system are mostly caused by bronchinal hyperreactivity（BHR） which has complex mechanisms. The disease features of this sort of cough and pant follow that principal symptoms are pulmonary retention of phlegm and stagnated blood stasis with heat, subordinate ones adverse rising and obstruction of pulmonary qi. Professional SONG Kang＇s main treatment characteristics are to release and adjust pulmonary qi, dissipate phlegm and blood stasis by cooling, and invigorate spleen.
