国内中文医学期刊有关复方黄黛片的论文及被引分析

Analyses on the Papers and Cited Papers of Internal Medical Journal Involving Compound Realgar Natural Indigo Tablet

目的:客观评价复方黄黛片对白血病治疗产生的影响。方法:以复方黄黛片、复方青黛片、白血康为关键词,采用文献计量学方法对1995年1月-2006年12月国内医学期刊载文及其被引情况进行分析。结果:①论文分析:载文量50篇,涉及32种期刊,年均4.5篇;栏目类型中以临床研究为主,占78%;论文作者分布于国内14个省、市、自治区。②被引分析:50篇论文中,被引率为50.0%,篇均被引9.6次,最高被引频次为122次;源文献达239篇,涉及131种期刊,栏目类型以综述为主,占40.6%。结论:复方黄黛的研究既有延续性,又有广泛性,其临床疗效与作用机制是研究的热点,对白血病,尤其是急性早幼粒细胞白血病治疗学的研究产生了积极的影响。

Objective：To evaluating the effect of Compound Realgar Natural Indigo Tablet （CRNIT） on treating leukemia. Methods：The Compound Realgar Natural Indigo Tablet, Compound Natural Indigo Realgar Tablet and BaiXueKang Tablet were taken as the key words. The literature metrology means was applied to analyse the papers and cited papers of internal medical journal from January 1995 to December 2006. Results ： ①Analyses on the papers. There are 50 papers, involving 32 journals and averaging at 4.5 pieces yearly. The clinical study, which was dominating topic, was 78% within the papers. The authors came from 14 provinces, cities and municipalities. ②Analyses on the cited papers. Within 50 papers,the cited rate was 50% ,every paper was cited 9.6 times and the highest cited frequency was 122 times, the offgin literature were 239 papers involving 131 journals. The review was dominating topic which was 40.6%. Conclusion： The study on CRNIT have continuity and universality. Its the curative effect and mechanism of action were the hot spot. The active effect have been made on the study of the therapeutics about leukemia, especially acute premyelocyte leukemia.
