从《群经见智录》中的五脏阴阳观谈中医学术发展之路

Discussion on Academic Developmental Direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Theory of YIN and YANG in Five Viscera in Qun Jing Jian Zhi Lu

《群经见智录》为近代名医恽铁樵为维护中医学理论体系的科学性而著。书中通过剖析中医学经典著作《内经》的理论实质,对构成中医学理论基础的阴阳、五行等令人费解之处作了比较圆满的解释。认为《内经》之五脏,非血肉的五脏;《内经》之阴阳,通《易经》之阴阳。在此基础之上,提出改进中医,应以中医学术为主;维护中医,倡导中西医学沟通。恽铁樵这种从社会需要出发,努力发掘、提高中医学,使之与社会、与时代同步前进的思想,对于今天中医学术的发展仍然具有十分重要的现实意义。

Qun Jing Jian Zhi Lu was written by the modem great physician,YUN Tie-qiao. The writing aimed at maintaining the scientific characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine theory system. By clarifying the theory essence of Nei Jing , one of the classical works in traditional Chinese medicine, Yun consummately elucidated some obscure points such as YIN and YANG, Five Elements which constituted theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine. It was pointed out that Five Viscera in Nei Jing was not five solid organs made of blood and meat, while Y-IN and YANG in Nei .ling was same as that in Yi Jing. Therefore, he proposed to improve traditional Chinese medicine with emphasis on academy, to maintain traditional Chinese medicine while advocate the communication between Chinese and western medicine. Yun thought originates from the need of society, unearths and improves traditional Chinese medicine, and is helpful for traditional Chinese medicine to progress synchronously with the developments of society and era, which is still of practical importance for current academic advancement of traditional Chinese medicine.
