妇炎宁颗粒对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠的IL-2IL-6影响

Drug Particles of FUYANNING to Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Model of the Impact of Rats' IL-2 IL-6

目的:探讨妇炎宁颗粒对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠免疫方面的影响。方法:采用混合菌液造模法制备慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型,测定大鼠血清白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)的浓度变化。结果:治疗组大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6值与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中治疗高剂量组与模型组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:妇炎宁颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎作用机制与其调节机体免疫功能相关。

Objective： The research into the impact of immunization of the drug particles of FUYANNING to chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model of the rats. Methods ： Bacilli hybrid model prepared by the rat model of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Determination of serum IL - 2 ,IL - 6changes in the concentration . Result： The group of treatment of rats of the value of serum IL -2,IL - 6compared with the model has obvious differences（ P 〈0.05）. The group of treatment of rats in high meamure of serum IL - value compared with the model has obvious differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There are obvious differences（ P 〈0.05） compared with the control group. The research results showed that particles of FUYANNING treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease mechanisms and its role in regulating the body＇s immune function is related.
