补肾活血法治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效分析

目的:评价补肾活血法中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效。方法:汇集维普、万方数据库为主的近10年公开发表的补肾活血法中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全随机对照研究文章,运用Cochrane协作网提供的RevM an4.2分析软件,进行统计学分析。结论:(1)补肾活血原则中西医结合方法治疗慢性肾功能不全有效,5篇文献所用药物有相对高聚集性。但从本研究文献中尚不能明确用于慢性肾功能不全哪一阶段更好。(2)由于中西医结合概念的不确定性和方剂中药物的分散性,致使临床治疗的循证医学依据不充分,临床不能广泛推广。(3)中西医结合点不明确,中医药优势不能充分显现。

Objective： The evaluation of curative effect of CRF by invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow and combination western medicine. Methods： Gather articles mainly of VIP Information and Wangfang Data of the decade to cure CRF by invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow and combination western medicine with random controlled way, and geostatistical analyse with RevMan4. 2 downloading from Cochrane Collaboration. Conclusion ： Firstly, the method of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow and combination western medicine to treat CRF is effective, and the herbs that 5 literatures contain relately assemble. But we still can not sure which stage is better to CRF from this research ： Secondly, Because of the indetermination of the concept of Traditional me dicine combines the Western medicine and the dispersion of the Chinese herb recipe, causing clinical lacking of Evidence- based medicine, clinical can not expand extensively：Thirdly, Combination of Traditional Medicine and Western Medicine is not definitely, the advantage of Traditional Chinese medicine can not present well.
