丹参穴位注射对股骨头缺血性坏死患者X线的影响

Effects of X-ray on Patients with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head(ANFH) Treated with Salvia by Acupoint Injection

目的:观察丹参穴位注射治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法:将注射用丹参(冻干)用5mL生理盐水溶解,于股骨头缺血性坏死侧的环跳穴、居髎穴注射,每穴注射2.5mL,每周3次,连续治疗6个月。并与髓芯减压手术治疗相比较。结果:两种治疗方法均可以明显减轻股骨头缺血性坏死患者的疼痛症状,P<0.05,但丹参穴注明显优于髓芯减压,P<0.05。在髋关节活动度的改善上,髓芯减压组疗前疗后比较无明显改善,P>0.05,丹参穴注组在治疗3个月、6个月时均有明显改善,P<0.05;丹参穴注明显优于髓芯减压,P<0.05。X线表现丹参穴注优于髓芯减压,P<0.05。结论:丹参穴位注射可以明显减轻股骨头缺血性坏死患者的疼痛和髋关节活动度,在6个月时可以维持X线表现无恶化,部分病例有好了转。

Objective ：To review the effects of acupoint injection to treat the avascular necrosis of femoral head （ANFH） with Salvia. Methods：compared with myeloid core decompression surgery, Salvia will inject （lyophilized） with 5mL saline solution in the acupoint （ huandao, GB30 and juliao, GB29） of affected side,2. 5 mL every acupoint, three times a week lasting for 6 months. Results： The two treatment methods can significantly reduce pain of patients who suffered the ischemic necrosis of the femoral head,P 〈 0. 05,but Salvia acupoint injection was superior myeloid core decompression, P 〈 0. 05. In the improvement of hip joint activities ,the effect of myeloid core decompression group is not so obvious after treatment ,P 〉 0. 05, while the symptoms of Salvia acupoint injection group are significantly improved all in March and June,P 〈 0. 05 ;So the later is much better than the former,P 〈0. 05 ,the x-ray manifestation is the same. Conclusion：Salvia acupoint injection can significantly relieve the pain and motion of hip joint of patients who suffered ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, and it can maintain not to deteriorate for 6 months in X -ray manifestation,some patients have improved.
