摘要
目的:观察针刺足三里对损毁弓状核大鼠所致骨质疏松症的干预作用,以从微观结构方面观察针效是否有赖于弓状核。方法:造模组新生期大鼠皮下注射谷氨酸单钠,120天后针刺组进行针刺,4个疗程后取胫骨检测。结果:雄鼠针刺对照组的骨小梁宽度、骨小梁数量均大于针刺造模组;雌鼠针刺对照组的骨小梁面积百分数、骨小梁宽度、骨小梁数量均大于针刺造模组;针刺对照组破骨细胞计数、骨小梁分离度均少于针刺造模组,表明弓状核机能正常与否对针效有重要影响。针刺亦能改善弓状核受损大鼠的胫骨骨组织微观形态结构。结论:针刺对大鼠胫骨骨组织微观形态有一定的影响,弓状核的功能状态与针效相关。
Objective : To explore the Bone Histomorphometry effect way of acuptmcture at Zusanli (ST36) on rats with Osteoporosis due to damaged Areuate nucleus. Methods : Newborn Wistar rats were injected by 10% MSG 4g/kg hypodermically once every other day until the 9th day postnatally,meanwhile,the rats in control group were given by equal volume of normal saline. Acupuncture treatment is carry out after surviving for 120 days,then rats were killed and close 1/3 quarters shinbone measured. Results : % Tb. Ar, Tb. Th, Tb. N, Tb. Sp and Os. N of Acupuncture control group are significantly different than those in Acupuncture model group. Conclusion :The hypothalamic areuate nucleus participated in the regulation of Acupuncture treatment rats.
