大肠癌患者中医症状的现代文献研究

Literature Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms of Patients with Colorectal Cancer

证候研究已日渐成为我国中医领域的重要研究内容,症状的规范化、证候的标准化尤其成为该领域的研究重点。目前大肠癌的中医药诊疗体系中存在辨证标准不一,随意性较大等问题,影响了中医药疗效的发挥。从现代文献入手,对大肠癌常见的症状进行了较为全面的分析、研究,并初步探讨了症状和证候的关系,以此作为制定大肠癌常见临床症状流行病学信息采集表的文献背景资料,为辨证方法规范化体系的建立奠定基础,以期推动大肠癌中医诊疗标准化、规范化的进程。

Syndrome study becomes important research field in our country,especially normalization of symptoms and standardization of syndromes becomes scientific research focal point in this field. Nowadays diagnosis and treatment systems of colorectal cancer exists the condition of symptoms short of norm and standards and syndrome differentiation discordant, it produces a poor impact on the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. This research conducts a detailed analysis of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of colorectal cancer patients from TCM Literature in modern times. The relationship of symptoms and Syndrome was being discussed as well, It can be background data which can be made of information collection form of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of Patients with colorectal cancer,to establish the base for syndromes and system differentiation ,to promote the process of standardization and normalization of colorectal cancer TCM Diagnosis and Treatment.
