止眩汤治疗眩晕的作用机理及临床研究

Study on Clinical Effect and Mechanism of Vertigo Patiens With Cure Vertigo Decoction Treatment

目的:观察止眩汤治疗眩晕的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:将符合研究标准的60例眩晕患者随机分为2组,治疗组以自拟止眩汤口服,对照阻以眩晕停口服。结果:组患者总疗效比较,治疗组的显效率,及总有效率均明显高于对照组;治疗组药物对患者的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均有良好疗效,对全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、还原黏度高切、纤维蛋白原、红细胞集聚、变形指数均有明显影响。结论:自拟止眩汤能够改善患者的血脂、血流变的多项指标,从而达到治疗眩晕作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Self-made Cure vertigo Decoction treatment. Methods ： Sixty padens with vertigo were Randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with Self-made stop vertigo Decoction ; control group were treated with Diphenhydramine. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate, TC, TG, LDL - C, Hemorrheo logy, Hypertension sinnificandy decreased compared with control group. Conclusion ： Self -made stop vertigo Decoction can decreased vertigo patiens of TC, TG, LDL- C, Hemorrheo logy, Hypertension, it has a good effect on vertigo patiens.
