摘要 通过长期田间试验,研究了白浆土耕种18年后施肥与耕作方式对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:无论轮作还是连作施肥,土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、中性磷酸酶活性均有不同程度提高,施用厩肥尤为明显,OM处理的脲酶活性最大,与CF、CK处理间差异显著,轮作的土壤脲酶活性和中性磷酸酶活性均高于连作;深松处理配施化肥可以提高白浆土的蔗糖酶和脲酶活性,且轮作影响大于连作。 Long- term experiment had been executed for 18 years, effect of long- term fertilization and tiUage system on Albie soil enzyme activites under the condition of crop rotation and succession were studied. The results showed that under the condition of crop rotation and succession, the activities of urease, invertase, and neutral phosphatase were increased by long - term fertilization. And the effect of application of manure was the biggest, there was significant difference between OM and CF, OM and CK treatment. Urease activity and neutral phosphatase activity of crop succession were higher than rotation. Deep tillage combined with application of chemical fertilizer could increased the activities of invertase and urease of Albic soil, and the effect of crop rotation was higher than succession.
