摘要
高层混凝土剪力墙结构居住节能建筑的墙体保温有多种做法,如EPS板薄抹灰、胶粉EPS颗粒保温浆料、EPS钢丝网架板现浇混凝土、机械固定EPS网架板和EPS板现浇混凝土外墙外保温系统等。本文以高层混凝土剪力墙结构住宅为平台,对无槽EPS板现浇混凝土外墙外保温节能住宅的设计施工,材料的物理力学性能,建筑物的耗热量等多方面进行了试验研究,综合分析高层无槽EPS板现浇混凝土墙体的保温节能、施工技术表明,无槽EPS板现浇混凝土外墙外保温系统的技术先进,社会经济效益良好。
There are several thermal insulation ways for the energy-saving of residential buildings wall for the structure of high-rise concrete shear wall, such as EPS board and thin layer plaster, the insulation slurry with EPS gelatine powder particle, EPS board with metal net with concrete cast in situs, work with machinery fixation and outer thermal insulation for external wall system with EPS board concrete etc. This paper makes the residential buildings wall with the structure of high-rise concrete shear wall as the platform, and makes the testing study for the design and construction of exterior thermal insulation for external wall with EPS board without slot and concrete cast in situs, the physical mechanics of materials, the building energy consumption, etc. Aggregate analysis shows that the technology of exterior thermal insulation for external wall with EPS board concrete EPS board without slot is advanced and has a good socioeconomic performance.
