摘要
以番杏为试验材料,对其功能叶片的光合特性进行了研究。通过控光、控温、控二氧化碳进行光响应曲线、温度响应曲线和二氧化碳响应曲线的测定。结果表明:番杏的光饱和点在1800μmol.m-2.s-1左右,光补偿点为67μmol.m-2.s-1;光合作用的适宜温度范围为30~35℃,最适温度为35℃;二氧化碳的饱和点范围为1800~2000μmol/mol,二氧化碳的补偿点为61μmol/mol。
New Zealand spinach was studied in this experiment, through controling the light, the temperature and the carbon dioxide to determinate the light response curve, the temperature response curve and the carbon dioxide response curve. The results indicated that New Zealand spinach's light saturation point and compensation point were about 1 800 μmol· m^-2 · s^-1 and 67μmol· m^-2 · s^-1 ; proper temperature was between 30-35℃, the optimum temperature for Pn in New Zealand's leaves was 35℃ ;New Zealand spinach's CO2 saturation point was between 1 800-2 000 μmol/mol and compensation point in New Zealand spinach's leaves was 61 μmol/mol.
