摘要
Morris圆形水迷宫是判断实验动物学习记忆能力的重要仪器之一。目前国内运用Morris圆形水迷宫主要是研究疾病的相关模型评价和药物毒理,而研究中采用最多的指标则是定位航行实验的"逃避潜伏期"和空间探索实验的"跨越平台次数"。
The rounded Morris water maze is one of the most important instruments to evaluate the learning and memory ability of the animals. Now the internal researchers are studied the patterns related with some diseases and drug poison. The escape latency in place navigation and the times of crossing the flat in spatial probe are the most of indicatrix in all the correlated articles.
