补肾填精丸治疗肾阳虚型少精子症的临床观察

Efficacy of BuShenTianJing Wan on the patients of kidney yang insufficiency with asthenospermia

目的:为了解补肾填精丸对因肾阳虚引起的少精子症患者临床疗效。方法:采用中药补肾填精丸浓缩水蜜丸和浓缩水丸分别治疗33例(简称A组)和36例(简称B组),对照组30例服用五子衍宗丸(简称C组)。结果:A、B两组的治愈率、精子密度、a+b级活动精子数与C组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.001;P<0.05),A、B两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),虽然精子成活率也有轻度提高,但提高无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:补肾填精丸能显著提高因肾阳虚引起的少精子症患者的精子密度和a+b级活动精子数,对此证引起的少精子症不育患者有非常显著的临床治疗效果。

Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of BuShenTianJing Wan on the patients of kidney yang insufficiency with asthenospermia. Methods： 99 patients were sent into two groups with randomixed,66 patients of treatment group were given BuShenTianJing Wan,30 patients of control group were given WuZiYanZong Wan. Results ： The cure percentage and sperm density of treatment group and the percentage of sperm motility with grade a＋b significantly ＇increased as compared with the control group,there was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.001 ; P〈0.05 ）. The percentage of sperm vitality were higher than control groups ,but no significant change. Conclusion：BuShenTianJing Wan is effective in treating the patients of kidney yang insufficiency with asthenospermia, sperm density and the percentage of sperm motility with grade a＋b increased significantly.
