泽泻颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛(气滞痰瘀型)临床观察

Clinical Observation on Coronary Artery Disease Angina Cordis (Stagnation of Vital Energy and Phlegm Stasis Type) by the Treatment of Oriental Waterplantain Rhizome Granula

目的:观察泽泻颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛(气滞痰瘀型)的临床疗效。方法:将124例患者随机分为治疗组64例,对照组60例。对照组用西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组西医常规治疗的基础上加服泽泻颗粒。疗程均为4周。结果:心绞痛症状疗效、心电图疗效,治疗组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泽泻颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛(气滞痰瘀型)临床疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of coronary artery disease angina cordis （stagnation of vital energy and phlegm stasis type） treated by oriental waterplantain rhizome granula. Methods： 124 cases were randomly divided into 64 cases＇ treatment group and 60 cases＇ control group. The control group was given the western medicine, and the treatment group was given oriental waterplantain rhizome granula combined with the western medicine, 4 weeks as one course. Results： There were significant differences in the symptoms of angina cordis, electrocardiogram （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oriental waterplantain rhizome granula could treat coronary artery disease angina cordis （stagnation of vital energy and phlegm stasis type） effectively.
