中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect on Acute Pancreatitis by the Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的临床与机制。方法:采用生长抑素、中药通里攻下等综合措施治疗AP22例,其中重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)5例。结果:AP病程缩短,无一例发生并发症,SAP发生并发症,SAP无一例死亡。结论:中西医结合治疗AP疗效显著。

Objective ： To investigate the curative effect and the mechanism of action of acute pancreatitis （AP） by the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Method： the synthetic measures of growth hormone release inhibiting hormone and the Chinese medicine of inner communication and purgation drugs were given to 22 patients with AP and 5 patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Result： The course of disease of AP decurtated, and no one complication occurred. But the complication of SAP occurred. No patient with SAP died. Conclusion： The method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the western medicine could treat AP effectively.
