伴随人口老龄化、疾病谱的改变,人们对中医护理的需求将不断增加,如何培养既通晓现代护理又掌握中医护理技能,具有中国特色的护理人才的问题备受关注。根据高职教育宗旨、临床需要和护生自身特点,进行了一系列教学改革:在教学中坚持工学结合的原则,形成以实践活动为逻辑主线的教学模式,注重培养自学能力和首创精神,发展学生的临床思维和解决问题的能力,使教学质量不断提高。

How to cultivate the nursing talented men who should know modem nursing technology and traditional Chinese medicine nursing technical proficiency. The question was paid close attention. A series of reforms were carried out on the basis of the purpose of high technical education, clinical requirement and the feature of the nursing students, The principle that integrated the performance and learning should be insisted to perform the teaching mode of practicing activities. The teaching quality was increased by cultivating the students＇ self-study ability and developing their clinical thought and the ability to work out a solution.
