摘要
研究了在不同PEG浓度和处理时间下,仿栗种子SOD、CAT活性和MDA含量的变化情况。结果表明:PEG处理能不同程度地提高仿栗种子的SOD和CAT活性,且以浓度为200 g/L的PEG浸种2 d的效果最为明显,SOD活性较对照提高了83.13%,CAT活性较之对照上升了19.34%。不同浓度的PEG处理均降低了仿栗种子MDA的含量。
Under the condition of different density of PEG and different time, the activity of SOD ,CAT and the content of MDA in Sloanea hemsleyana seeds which was soaked with PEG was studied. The results showed that PEG could increase the activity of SOD and CAT to some extent, and the effect of the treatment with 200 g/L PEG for two days was most significant, that was to say, the activity of SOD increased by 83.13% and the activity of CAT increased by 19.34% compared with the treatment with water. The content of MDA in Sloanea hemsleyana seeds was decreased with different density of PEG.
