中国城市再生水安全回用农业的对策研究

Research on Safe Utilization of Reclaimed Municipal Wastewater in Agriculture in China

中国面临着严重的水资源危机,农用水资源严重不足。城市生活污水经适当处理再生后达到农业回用标准,可在很大程度上缓解农业水资源紧缺的状况。由于城市生活污水来源复杂,污水中往往含有大量污染物质,不适当的使用就会对农业环境、农产品安全乃至人体健康造成潜在的风险。本文介绍了国内外开展城市再生水农业回用的现状,阐述了城市再生水农业回用可能造成的健康和环境污染问题,在此基础上提出了城市再生水安全回用农业的对策建议。

Water resources are heavily short in China. At the same time, water is also deficient in agriculture. Reclaimed municipal wastewater that satisfied with relative irrigation standard can alleviate the deficiency of water in agriculture. Because of the complex sources of municipal wastewater, there are multifarious pollutants in municipal wastewater. In Unsuitabe utilization of wastewater can make potential risks to agricultural environment, agricultural products safety and human health. This paper introduced the status of utilization of municipal wastewater in agriculture. In addition, it discussed the problem of human health and environmental pollution that may be resulted from reclaimed municipal wastewater for agricultural use. Based on these discussions, this paper gives some countermeasures and advices for safe agricultural use of reclaimed municipal wastewater.
