大花萱草与黄花菜杂交亲和性及其幼胚离体培养

Compatipility and Hybridus Embryos Culture in Vitro between Hemerocallis hybridus and H.citrina

以大花萱草（Hernerocallis hybridus Hort）品种金娃娃、东方不败、红宝、奶油卷为母本，与黄花菜（H．citrina Boroni）进行杂交。结果表明：上述材料间生殖隔离严重，常规花期杂交平均结籽率仅为9．28％。金娃娃与黄花菜授粉后5～6d取胚珠最佳，此时有37．50％的胚珠离体发育为小粒种子，这些小粒种子成苗率达73．33％。

The paper studied on crosses between 4 Hemerocallis hybridus Hort and H. citrina Borani. The results showed that there were serious segregations between parents. The average index of seeds was only 9.28%. The best time of ovule rescue culture in vitro was from 5 to 6 days after pollination, and the rate of small seeds was 37.50%. Thereafter, those seeds became plantlets with the ratio of 73.33%.
