摘要
在PDA培养基中添加了不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2.4H2O、KNO3、(NH4)2SO4、NH4Cl和NH4NO3几种含氮盐,研究其对平菇菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明:未添加任何含氮盐的PDA培养基中菌丝长势最好:日均生长速率最快(15.75 mm/d),满管时间最短(6 d),菌丝粗壮(5μm),菌丝体干重(0.0800 g)。添加含氮盐后,并没有促进菌丝的生长。但添加0.5%的Ca(NO3)2.4H2O、0.3%的KNO3有利于强壮菌丝。添加0.2%和0.5%的NH4Cl,0.1%、0.4%和0.8%的NH4NO3则有利于增大菌丝生长的密度或菌丝积累物质。
Increased different density Ca(NOa )2 · 4H2 O, KNO3, (NH4)2 SO4, NH4 Cl and NH4 NO3 several kinds inclucling the nitrogen salt in the PDA culture medium, studied it the influence which grows to the even mushroom myeeliure, The experimental result indicated that,it has not increased any contains in the nitrogen salt PDA culture medium the hypha growing trend to be best. The growth speed was quickest (15.75 mm/d), the full pipe time was shortest (6 d), hypha sturdy (5 m), mycelium dry weight heaw (0. 0800 g). The increase after the nitrogen salt, had not promoted the hypha growth. But increased 0. 50% Ca(NO3 )2 4H2O,0. 3% KNO3 were advantageous to the strong hypha. Increased 0. 2% and 0.5%0 NH4Cl, 0. 1%,0.4% and 0.8% NH4NO3 then was advantageous in increased the density or the hypha accumulation material which the hypha grows.
