高锌铅杂料与高效粘结剂在铅冶金中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索高锌铅杂料与粘结剂G对铅冶金的影响与作用,在鼓风烧结的实验中,作了改变氧化锌浸出渣、高锌铅精矿、高效粘结剂G加入量变化的对比实验,实验表明当三者的量分别由5%~10%、0%、0%增加到20%~30%、9%~10%、1.5%~2.9%时,烧结主要技术指标得到明显提高;如料层高度、透气性、结块率、烧结机利用系数指标分别提高12.5%、59.17%、82.24%、12.09%。在不增加设备与人力的条件下,拓宽了原料的适用性,综合回收了高锌铅杂料中的铅、锌、银。粗铅产能大幅度提高,经济效益显著。 In order to explore the influence and effect high zinc lead complex material and high effective binder G on lead metallurgy,in the blast sintering experiment, the change of zinc oxide leach residue proportion and quantity of lead concentrate of high zinc and efficient binder G shows that when the above three' s quantity rise from 5% 10% ,0% ,0% to 20% - 30% ,9% - 10%, 1.5% - 2.9% ,the sintering's main indexes can be noticeably improved. For example, the material floor height, permeability, sintering lump rate and sintering machine utilizing coefficient can be increased by 12.5%, 59.17%, 82.24% and 12.09% respectively. This can not only widen the applicability of raw materials, comprehensive utilization of lead-zinc and silver of the high zinc lead complex materials without increasing equipments and the labour, but also significantly improve the production of coarse lead and bring about great economical benefits.
