摘要
采用模糊层次分析法确定各级评价指标的权重,用加权综合法与指数加权综合法,从土地利用、生态环境、经济技术和社会发展四个方面构建了土地综合承载力的评价指标体系。并根据评价结果将全省土地划分为高、中、低三种承载力区,针对不同区的具体情况提出了一些调控建议。
The paper studied the land comprehensive carrying capacity level in Hunan province for the sake of landuse revision of these districts. Weigh-value was decided by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. From four aspects including land-use, eco-environment, economy-technology and social development, the study established the system of evaluation indicators for land comprehensive carrying capacity with weighted comprehensive assessment method and exponential weighted comprehensive assessment method. According to the evaluation results, we divided the whole Hunan province into three types:the high-level carrying capacity sub-region, the mid-level carrying capacity sub-region, and the low-level carrying capacity sub-region. Based on the conditions of different regions, the paper put forward some countermeasures.
