论文以湖南有色金属循环经济园区为主要研究对象,在对湖南有色金属循环经济现状与问题进行详细剖析的基础上,介绍了国内同类型有色金属循环经济园区的现状与成功经验,指出了湖南省有色金属循环经济可持续发展的方向,可作资源再生企业、政府政策决策时参考与借鉴。

Taking the recycling economy park of Hunan nonferrous metals as the main study target, and on the basis of the detailed analysis of its status and problems, the paper has introduced the domestic same types of recycling economy park＇s successful experience and present situation,indicated the sustainable development direction of Hunan province non- ferrous metals circulation economy, which could provide references for the resources regeneration enterprises and the government when making the policy decisions.
