摘要
当今世界最终决定一个企业的竞争力水平不再是企业所拥有的自然资源和物质财富,而是企业的人力资源的数量和质量,以及企业对人力资源的利用程度。人力资源开发与管理已经成为现代企业经济发展的主要动力和最终决定因素。文章通过分析我国企业人力资源管理现状,对改进企业人力资源管理进行了论述,并对企业人力资源系统管理体系进行了探索。
In today' s world, a final decision on the competitiveness of enterprises is no longer the level of enterprises owned by the natural resources and material wealth, but an enterprise of human resources of the quantity and quality, as well as the using level of it. Human resources development and management of modern enterprises has become a major driving force of economic development and ultimate deciding factor. Through the analysis of China' s human resources management in enterprises, the paper has analyzed the enterprises' improvement to human resources management, and carried on the exploration to the enterprise human resources system administration system.
