脱毛膏对家兔督脉及其两侧旁开皮肤组织热休克蛋白70合成影响的初步观察

Effects of Depilatory Paste on HSP70 Expression in Rabbit Governor Vessel and Its Bilateral Sides Skin

目的探讨脱毛膏对后续皮肤相关应激实验的影响。方法免疫组织化学方法检测热休克蛋白70(HSP70),比较经脱毛膏脱毛处理后恢复期4 h、16 h皮肤HSP70表达的差异以及督脉线及其两侧旁开对照点HSP70表达的差异。结果脱毛后恢复期4 h时皮肤高度表达HSP70,恢复期16 h时HSP70表达减少;督脉线与其两侧旁开非经对照点的HSP70表达在恢复期4 h和16h时均未见明显差异。结论①脱毛膏会刺激皮肤应激合成HSP70,后续的其他实验宜在脱毛后16 h进行。②脱毛膏脱毛法可用于针灸过程中经脉线上HSP70检测的皮肤处理。

Objective To explore the effect of depilatory paste on the later skin related stress experiment. Methods The heat shock protein 70 （HSP70） of rabbit skin was measured by the immunohistochemcial method and the differences of the HSP70 expression in rabbit governor vessel and its bilateral sides skin were compared at 4 h and 16 h after depilating treatment. Results The HSP70 expression markcdly increased after 4 h of depilating treatment, and distinctly decreased after 16 h of depilating treatment. The HSP70 expression had no significant difference between the GV and its bilateral sides. Conclusion （1） The depilating treatment can induce the skin to express HSP70. The later other experiment should be proceeded after 16 h of depilating treatment. （2） The method of depilation is applicable to the experiment of skin treatment before HSP70 examination along meridian while acupuncture.
